Looking to maintain your JHSC training (JHSC certification)
This training is only valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion of Joint Health and Safety Committee certification training part 2. Therefore, certified JHSC members need to enroll in a refresher training before the end of the 3 years. In case they are not able to do so, they will have to apply for an exemption from the Chief Prevention Office before the term ends.
During COVID-19, JHSC certification training is the most effective way to minimize workplace transmission. Certified JHSC members add tremendous value to an organization since they help employers in building a strong Health and Safety program.
