Our "Ladder Safety" training is tailored to ensure workers and supervisors are well-equipped with the knowledge they need to prevent ladder-related incidents. Ontario's workspaces present varied challenges, and the course provides insights into selecting the right ladder for specific job types while emphasizing the importance of regular inspections and maintenance. Beyond just the physical ladder, trainees will gain an understanding of the essential ground rules, including setting up on a stable base, ensuring correct inclination, and adhering to the three-point contact method. Additionally, this training delves deep into the regulatory framework of Ontario, making participants aware of the provincial standards and best practices. It's not just about preventing falls but ensuring that every ascent and descent on a ladder is backed by confidence and knowledge.
