Canada has one of the highest rates of workplace violence among the industrialized nations. This foundational course explores the importance of having a workplace violence prevention program in place and is designed for employees and managers at all levels of business. This course is updated to the current Bill 132 and the older Bill 168, which addresses workplace violence and harassment. This course is the first step towards eliminating workplace violence and harassment by providing the basic tools necessary to build a customized and well supported program.
