Canada has one of the highest rates of workplace violence among the industrialized nations. This foundational course explores the importance of having a workplace violence prevention program in place and is designed for employees and managers at all levels of business. This course is updated to the current Bill 132 and the older Bill 168, which addresses workplace violence and harassment. This course is the first step towards eliminating workplace violence and harassment by providing the basic tools necessary to build a customized and well supported program.
This Advanced E-Learning Module is designed to teach Employers what are the different kinds of harassment they may observe in their organization, and how to develop a safe culture for all their employees to thrive within.

Start with the basics- Get a H&S Board (36” * 48”) with mandatory posters and WHMIS symbols printed and sections premarked for company-specific information
Basic policies- Health and Safety and Workplace Violence and Harassment policies. Print, sign, date and post them on your board.
