4S refund and cancellation policy

Refund – Cancellations – Rescheduling Policy 

JHSC Refunds – Cancellations – Rescheduling Policy:

Refund Policy: Training refunds requested at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled training will be honored in full. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed training.

Late or No-Show Trainees: Participants who do not attend the scheduled training, or those who are more than 30 minutes late, will not be eligible for any refund. See the rescheduling policy for other options.

Part 1 Training Not Completed: Participants must complete Part 1, and achieve at least 75% on the online evaluation in order to proceed to the Part 2 training. Participants who show up for their scheduled training without successfully completing their Part 1 training will not be permitted to the class and will not be eligible for any refund. Please see Rescheduling Policy for other options.

Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of JHSC training will be honored for requests made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled class, otherwise a Rescheduling Fee of $50.00 + HST will apply. Rescheduling is limited to the available dates, times and locations offered by 4S Consulting Services Inc.

Extenuating circumstances may be exempt at the discretion of 4S Consulting Services Inc.

Cancellation by 4S Consulting Services Inc: 4S Consulting Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule JHSC training in the event of low enrollment or due to unforeseen circumstances. Trainees will be notified accordingly within a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

WAH Refunds – Cancellations – Rescheduling Policy:

Refund Policy: WAH Training refunds requested at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled Part 2 Practical Training/Refresher Training will be honored in full, provided the Part 1 Online Module is untaken. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed training.

Part 1 Online Training Not Completed: Participants must complete Part 1 Online Module, and achieve at least 75% on the online evaluation in order to proceed to the Part 2 Practical training. Facial Covering: Facial covering/masks are mandatory for attending the training, participants who show up with no facial covering will not be permitted to the classroom. Please see Rescheduling Policy for other options.
