Worker Health and Safety Awareness

Foundational health and safety awareness covering workplace rights, duties, responsibilities and the roles of workplace parties.

WHMIS

Hazardous product awareness covering labels, safety data sheets and the worker's role in safe handling.

Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention

Awareness of workplace violence and harassment concepts, policies, reporting expectations and prevention responsibilities.

AODA / Accessibility Training

Accessibility awareness covering barriers and responsibilities under applicable Ontario accessibility standards.

These are foundational awareness courses. Specific legal requirements vary by role, sector and workplace — confirm which courses apply to your organization before relying on them for compliance.

Free Multilingual Training Available

Multilingual training is provided free, at no additional cost, to organizations participating in select 4S programs or services:

Our team will help participating organizations arrange access based on the courses, languages and number of learners required.

Free Multilingual Training for Eligible 4S Clients

Organizations receiving eligible HSEp, COR or ISO support, or selected 4SafeCom services, may receive access to multilingual training at no additional cost. Our team will confirm your eligibility and help you get set up.

Are the courses available online?

Yes. All courses are delivered online so employees can complete them from any device with an internet connection.

Can an employer register multiple employees?

Yes. Employers and organizations can arrange access for multiple employees at once. Let us know your approximate number of learners and our team will help coordinate access.

Can employees complete the training at their own pace?

Yes. Employees can complete the training at their own pace, on their own schedule.

Will employees receive a certificate or proof of completion?

Yes. Learners receive a certificate or proof of completion after successfully completing each applicable course.

How many languages is training available in?

Up to 11 languages: English, French, Ukrainian, Punjabi, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Tagalog, Mandarin, Tamil and Urdu.

Can I request a language that is not currently listed?

Let us know which language your workforce needs. While we cannot guarantee every request, we welcome the feedback and will let you know what options are available.

Can organizations that are not existing 4S clients access the training?

Yes. You do not need to be an existing 4S client to get in touch. Contact us to learn about the service options and access routes available to your organization.
