About the Event
Choosing the right health and safety management framework is an important decision for any organization. While COR® 2020 and ISO 45001 both support stronger health and safety management systems, the certification process, audit requirements and long-term considerations can differ significantly.
This complimentary webinar will break down the key differences between COR® 2020 and ISO 45001 to help you better understand what each path involves, what to consider before making a decision and how your organization can prepare for successful implementation and certification.
What You'll Learn
- Exclusive insights from external COR® and ISO auditors
- Key differences in timelines, audits and long-term requirements
- What to consider when choosing between COR® 2020 and ISO 45001
- Available support options for implementation and certification
- How WSIB HSEp rebates can help offset costs
- Considerations for maintaining and sustaining your management system
Most importantly, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of both certification paths and the considerations that can help determine which approach best aligns with your organization’s needs and goals.

A Safety Program that Pays for Itself:
Earn WSIB Rebates. Reduce Risk. Make Safety Easier.
About the Event
Investing in workplace health and safety doesn’t have to mean adding more costs, paperwork or administrative work to your business. This complimentary webinar, presented in partnership with the Ontario Trucking Association, will explore how the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence program (HSEp) can help trucking companies strengthen their health and safety programs while earning rebates that can help offset the cost of their investment.
More importantly, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Learn how 4S provides hands-on support throughout the HSEp process, from developing customized policies and procedures to organizing documentation, simplifying training and implementing practical systems that work for your operations.
What You'll Learn
- How the WSIB Health and Safety Excellence program works and how rebates are earned
- How HSEp rebates can help offset your investment in workplace health and safety
- How to strengthen your safety program before an incident exposes costly gaps
- How 4S supports implementation, documentation and HSEp submissions from start to finish
- How policies and procedures can be developed around your specific operations
- How 4SafeCom can simplify preventative maintenance, inspections, incident management and contractor management
- How to streamline training, documentation and compliance records in one system
- How multilingual online training can make required workplace training easier to manage across your workforce
Most importantly, you’ll see how a stronger safety program can mean less administrative burden, better risk management and more value from the WSIB premiums you’re already paying.

About the Event
Think your business is too small to be a cyber target? Think again.
Cybercriminals don’t just target large corporations. Small and medium-sized businesses can also be attractive targets, often because they have fewer resources, less formalized safeguards, or vulnerabilities that go unnoticed.
Cyber safety isn’t just an IT issue. A single incident can disrupt operations, result in financial losses, compromise sensitive information and damage the relationships your business depends on.
Join us for our free November 4S Discussion: Cyber Safety for SMEs, an interactive, in-person conversation exploring the risks facing smaller businesses, how cyber threats can find their way into an organization, and what business leaders can do to better protect their people and operations.
What We'll Discuss
1. Why You’re a Target
Understand why small and medium-sized businesses are attractive targets for cybercriminals, and why being a smaller organization doesn’t necessarily mean being safer.
2. How They Get In
Explore common vulnerabilities, everyday behaviours and business practices that can expose your organization to cyber threats, including risks that extend to clients, contractors and business partners.
3. What You Can Do
Learn practical steps to strengthen cyber safety awareness, reduce vulnerabilities and better prepare your organization to respond if an incident occurs.
Who Should Attend?
This discussion is designed for business owners, executives, managers and organizational leaders across construction, manufacturing, professional services and other SME sectors.
Whether you’re responsible for employees, operations, client relationships or overall business performance, understanding cyber risk is an increasingly important part of protecting your organization.
No technical or IT background required.
