4S Consultancy Services was founded in 2004 by two consultants, one specializing occupational health and safety, the other in technology and business processing. Each saw first-hand the risk many Canadian small and medium-sized organizations faced because they did not have a proper occupation health and safety program and if they did, it was not being effectively managed. By combining both industry knowledge and technology expertise, we created our own proprietary on-line management technology to keep occupational health and safety programs manageable and in compliance.
