What is Bill 132?
Bill 132 is a recent mandate that came into effect September of 2016. It was passed to address the issue of Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment. Along with the new definitions, employers are now obligated to provide a harassment-free work environment.

What will you learn in this seminar
This seminar is designed for employers, managers and supervisors to get familiar with Bill 132 and what it actually implies. Workplace Sexual Harassment is a lot more common than what people might think. People of all walks of life are getting mistreated and intimidated in various ways. Many times people aren't aware that what they are doing is actually bothering and/or violating another being.

This seminar will give you tips on how to address the issue and what the best way to go about addressing the issue of workplace harassment and sexual harassment, how to enforce it and protect yourself from having serious issues occurring.
