Offices workers are increasingly experiencing work related health problems such as repetitive strain injuries, back strain, visual fatigue, etc. Office Ergonomics is a key factor in an organization’s health and safety program. Through training, workers can take responsibility for their own injury prevention. This course is meant to educate you on basic office ergonomics risk factors. The course covers the different injuries caused by poor ergonomics and presents the risk factors as well as guidelines explaining on creating a healthy work environment. The course also offers a self-assessment of your work area, to help the participant make their own adjustments.
